Our aim is to give you a few hours of escape, far from the maddening crowd. We hope you will emerge from Urban Spa totally refreshed, de-stressed and renewed.

We ask that you keep your mobile phone on silent mode and always maintain quiet conversations while at the spa.

Guests 12 years and older are welcome.

APPOINTMENTS
We are committed to offering all our clients a reliable timetable. We recommend advance booking. It is best to arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment time.

CANCELLATIONS
If you must cancel an appointment, please give us at least 3 hours notice as a courtesy to other guests who may wish to enjoy our services at this time.
